1. What is the Dress Code?
Welcome Party: Casual vibes only! Hawaiian shirts and sundresses are all highly encouraged. Think of what would look good while holding a margarita.
Wedding: Formal attire, folks! Gentlemen, suits are the move. Ladies, feel free to rock those gorgeous floor length or fancy cocktail dresses. Since we’re partying in the desert, the weather could be a bit of a rollercoaster—warm during the day, chilly at night—so pack a sweater or jacket unless you want to test how well you can handle a desert chill. 

2. Where Will the Wedding Take Place?
We’ll be getting hitched outdoors, weather permitting (cross your fingers for sunny skies). The venues are The Living Desert Zoo + Gardens and Desert Willow Golf Resort, both in Palm Desert. They’re beautiful, we promise. 

3. What Time Should I Arrive?
Arrive starting at 4:00 PM for a pre-ceremony drink, because who doesn’t love a champagne before the vows? The ceremony kicks off at 4:30 PM sharp— they close the road during the ceremony, so if you're late, you'll have a nice scenic walk. We’re on a tight schedule here, so be on time or risk missing your chance to see us say “I do!” (Just kidding, you’ll still be invited in… probably.)

4. What Should I Do If I Have Dietary Restrictions?
Got allergies or special dietary needs? Don’t leave us in the dark! Please let us know with your RSVP or shoot us an email at trentandnataliewedding@gmail.com. We love food as much as you do, so we want to make sure everyone is fed and happy!

5. How Do I RSVP?
Your invitations has the QR code to RSVP. Please RSVP for both the Welcome Party & Wedding! 

6. What is the Parking Situation?
Good news! There’s lots of free parking at both venues (we’re not about that parking stress). But, if you plan on having a few drinks, please do us a favor and rideshare—you don’t want to be the one who forgot to use Uber and ends up hugging a cactus.

7. What Will the Weather Be Like?
Ah, Palm Springs in October... expect a perfect desert mix of warm sun during the day and a cool breeze in the evening. Dress in layers to avoid turning into a sweaty mess during the day and then freezing by nightfall. We’re trying to make this wedding comfortable for everyone, not a weather adventure.

8. Can I Bring a Plus-One?
 If you think there’s been a mix-up or your invitation forgot to mention someone special, shoot us a message. We’re only human and happy to clear things up!

9. Is There a Wedding Afterparty?
You bet there is! 🎉 The afterparty will be at Red Barn for anyone who wants to keep the celebration going!

Since Palm Springs has a strict 10:00 PM noise curfew, we’ll be moving the fun over there for those who want to dance into the night.

Just hop on the shuttle bus outside the Desert Willow entrance. If it’s not there when you arrive, don’t worry—it’ll be back shortly after dropping off the first group. Red Barn is only about 10 minutes away!

11. What Happens If I Can’t Attend?
If you can’t make it - we’ll miss you! And if you’ve got a good excuse—like an important last-minute event involving an alien invasion or a superhero emergency—please share it with us. Otherwise, we’ll just assume you're heartbroken and planning to celebrate us from afar.
